Frequently Asked Questions


Q:  Why JKJKJK?  This isn't a joke wedding, is it?
​A:  Jennie and John's initials after the wedding will be JKJK and JK.  We were meant to be. ​♥ 

Q:  May I bring my children?
​A:  We love ALL of your children; however, we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand!

Q:  Is there a dress code?
​A:  Cocktail-casual.  No ballgowns or tuxedos, jeans or shorts; and as always, please reserve white for the bride. 

Q:  Can we use our phones during your wedding?
​A:  Please keep your phone use restricted to the reception only. We've hired two wonderful and competent photographers who will capture the ceremony, and we'd love for you to experience our wedding with your hearts instead of from behind a screen.

Q:  Do you have hotel rooms blocked for out-of-towners?
​A:  Yes!  Check the "Hotels" tab under "Accommodations" at the top of the page or click the button below for the hotel options available.  We booked a couple of blocks with discounted rates. Should you want to look for a hotel not on our block, let us know so we can help you find the best neighborhood near our venue!
Accommodations

Q:  What time are we expected to be at the ceremony?
​A:  Please plan on arriving between 5:00pm and 5:15pm to secure a seat. We wouldn't want you to miss the most meaningful part of the day!

Q:  Is there a break between ceremony and reception?
​A:  Our reception will immediately follow the ceremony beginning with an hour of cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, so don't go anywhere!

Q: When is my RSVP due?  Do I really need to send it to you?
​A:  The RSVPs are due BY September 30th, 2018. They'll include your dinner choice and special musical request! Definitely send these back to us. 

Q: What's the parking situation?
​A:  Complimentary valet will be provided for you at the venue, but please plan your timing.

Q:  May I bring a guest?
​A:  ​We only invited people near and dear to our hearts to keep our wedding special, so we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. 

Q:  What if I have a dietary restriction?
​A:  ​Please use the "Contact Us" tab above or click the button below to let us know. We want you to feel safe and comfortable on our big day.

Q:  How do I get to the venue? 
​A:  A map, address, and directions are located in the "Wedding Details" tab above.

Q: "The Flagship" isn't showing up on Google! Your venue doesn't exist, guys. 
​A:  ​It totally does exist -  just click on the "Wedding Details" tab above for the address and directions.

Q:  Are you registered for gifts?
​A:  ​Your presence is a gift, but yes, we do have a registry and a card box will be provided at the reception.  Please see the "Registry" tab above or click the button below to be taken directly to our registry.
